This new employment development at Temple Bar junction in Chichester will:

​

  • Create more than 600 jobs

  • Provide apprenticeships and training opportunities for local young people

  • Build grade-A space suitable for blue-chip employers

  • Contribute £43 million a year to the local economy

  • Generate over £200,000 in business rates every year for the council to spend on local priorities

  • Generate around £45,000 in community grants annually through a Social Investment Fund, to donate to local charities and community projects

  • Plant around 128,500 new trees, shrubs and plants to create extensive new habitats for wildlife

The application has been submitted to Chichester District Council, who will decide later in 2025 whether to give planning permission to the project.
